disturbing information on the Internet about one of the fraudsters involved in that fiasco. And there
were a number of fraudsters involved in that farce. In addition to Graham, I found myself fending
off the police, prosecutors, an insurance adjuster and a few lawyers too. And no, this person
wasn’t prosecuted and sent to jail. The info I uncovered about this individual proves
unquestionably that the British Columbia government is an irredeemably corrupt regime that
conducts itself like the most diseased old-world criminal organization one could conceivably
imagine.
But before I get to that scandalous information, first I want to tell you about another experience I
had that, along with everything else I’ve learned about ICBC since moving back to Powell River in
’05, solidifies my belief that people in PR are staging phony car accidents to get money out of the
insurance company. Allow me to recount another incident that happened on my property in which
someone else used the exact same fucking location (!) that Earl Graham used -- the front entrance of
my barn -- as the site for yet another very, VERY dubious ICBC insurance claim. Here’s what
happened:
It was about 5:30 P.M. on Friday, April 4, 2014 and I was coming home on my bike and as I rode
down my road I noticed a man sitting on the rock wall in the driveway of the residence on the other
side of the road from my barn. He appeared to be waiting for me.
I smiled as I rode by. “How are you?” I said.
“Not very good,” the man replied ominously and when I stopped on the road across from my barn I
saw that he was coming over to tell me something. He had indeed been waiting for me.
Oh wonderful, I thought to myself. He wants to talk to me? That’s never a good thing.
The man walked up to me and gave me the shitty news he’d been waiting to tell me. He explained
how, while I was out that afternoon, he’d had some kind of a brake problem with his truck and his
truck had rolled down the road and hit my barn. I looked at the barn and saw that a section of the
front wall was partially caved in and that the metal sliding entrance door had been mangled and that
there were shards of plastic all over the ground.
The man then pointed at the midsection of the barn and said he’d been concerned that a major
support beam inside the barn had been in danger of falling from the collision and, as such, he’d
gone inside and done some repairs which included erecting a reinforcement pillar to stop the barn
from collapsing.
He then handed me a handwritten note with his name on it. The note also had his telephone number,
ICBC’s telephone number and an ICBC claim number on it.
Upon handing me the note he then instructed me to contact ICBC to have the damage to my barn
repaired. He told me he’d already filed an ICBC claim of his own and that all I’d have to do is shop
around for a repairman and once I’d found one and had the barn fixed I’d be remunerated by ICBC
for all the costs.
Oh sure, that’s going to be an easy task in Powell River, I thought to myself gloomily. Finding
someone to repair a barn. Just thinking about it filled me with distress. It’s hard enough getting
automobile repairs done here, let alone building repairs.
By then I’d heard more than enough from him so I tersely thanked him for the information at which
point he issued a curt apology and retreated to the house he’d come from.
I then walked to the barn and saw that the damage, while isolated, was shockingly violent. The
vehicle impact was so intense it actually caused a foot-thick concrete foundation at the base of the
wall to split completely in two! If anyone had been standing there when the impact had occurred
they would’ve had their legs chopped off -- they would’ve been cut in half! And I’d been standing
in that EXACT SPOT myself four hours previously! And it didn’t look like an accident to me at all.
The impression I got was that someone had deliberately rammed a heavy vehicle into the side of my
barn. It looked to me like an act of aggression.
I also saw that there was a second handwritten note attached to the metal door. It was another note
in which the man demanded that I contact him about my barn. That note had his name, his
telephone number and directions to his house across the road where I could locate him on it. This
information was written on an ICBC “crash scene details” questionnaire.
When I went into the barn I saw that someone had indeed erected a makeshift support pillar on the
ground floor, although it was definitely an overreaction to do so. There was no reason to believe
that this well-built barn was suddenly going to implode on itself. It was still as sturdy as a rock.
Plus, the skinny wooden pillar that had been erected wouldn’t have stopped the barn from
collapsing anyway.
Of course this whole thing stunk of yet another ICBC insurance fraud scam. The story the man had
told me about how my barn got damaged came across as a phony, staged event. Since the entrance
to my barn where the damage occurred is set off the road by about a hundred feet, it’s extremely
hard to believe it could be the location of a legitimate motor vehicle accident of any kind. There’s
just no reason for a vehicle to ever be there. A conscious effort would have to be made to get a
vehicle to that spot; it would have to be intentionally STEERED to that location. While I have no
idea what actually happened, I couldn’t help but suspect that the damage to my barn was done on
purpose as part of another scheme to defraud ICBC.
So anyway, I wrote up a detailed account of what happened, also including information about
unwanted encounters with a couple other residents of the house the man said he resided at, and I
filed it with the RCMP through the mail as a criminal complaint. In the complaint I reminded the
cops about how Earl Graham had used precisely the same location to stage a phony car accident as
part of an ICBC insurance fraud scheme in 2006.
Then, six days after mailing off the complaint, on Monday, April 14, 2014, a zombie RCMP officer
came to my house to talk to me about it. However, none of what he said made much sense.
The first thing the zombie cop said was that he’d come to tell me why there was nothing the police
could do about the complaint I’d filed. He then told me he needed more information from me about
the matter, including contact information should he need to follow up the case with me. This made
no sense whatsoever since he’d already said the police wouldn’t be taking any action. As well, the
complaint I’d filed had my mail address on it and the mail is a perfectly legitimate way of getting in
touch with someone. The mail system works fine for everyone else. Why not for the cops too?
And I’d provided more than enough information about what happened at my barn in my complaint
for the police to act on if they wanted to, thus there was no reason for the cops to require more info
from me, that day or in the future. They were just having an irrational reaction to my letter. At one
point the cop asked me what action I’d like to see the police take against my neighbors and I said I
didn’t want anything done to them. Something else the cop said that was strange was that he
believed I’d dropped off my complaint at the detachment that very day. This was completely false.
I hadn’t gone anywhere near the cop shop that day or any other day.
Anyway, I was quite fearful about being interrogated by a government goon that afternoon. I was
concerned that I might contradict what I’d written in my complaint and look like I was lying or
overreacting. As such, I told the cop I had nothing to add to the testimony I’d provided in my
written complaint. I’d simply filed a report with the police about a car accident, I protested. In
turn, the cop told me that the complaint itself was insufficient for them to take any action and the
case was now closed. He then left.
Oh really? Someone smashing their vehicle into a building on a residential street due to a brake
failure doesn’t mean they should get a ticket to get their brakes fixed? Interesting. Not very nice to
hear considering all the bullshit I got from the pigs regarding my own car in Powell River, even
getting ticketed for having an unsuitable license plate. Not very nice at all. Okay, whatever.
And talk about a pointless interaction. Are the cops so stupid that they haven’t realized by now that
coming to my home is a waste of their time and mine? This dispatching of a cop to my residence is
a prime example of how the RCMP bully informants and protect criminals. Nobody else needs to
make a personal appearance at my home when I file a complaint. It was a defensive measure done
to harass me for reporting criminal activity -- even though I’d done the right thing by filing a
complaint!
So that’s now two (!) idiotic ICBC insurance claims that have used the exact same bizarre spot on
my property as the location of an unseen car accident thus proving in my mind that there is a very
serious ICBC insurance fraud scene in Powell River. And since there’s no other way to license a
vehicle in British Columbia other than through ICBC, I’m essentially being prohibited from driving a
car here due to all of the criminal activity the Crown’s auto insurance monopoly is hitting me with.
The mass fraud originating from that toxic operation makes it just too hazardous for me to go
anywhere near it.
Now, let me reveal what I uncovered regarding one of the swindlers involved in that Earl Graham-
ICBC insurance fraud scam that went on for years and years. The following is what I found out.
