is one of those slippery terms a crook would use to con someone because it’s weird and sounds
official and they can say it pertains to ANYTHING they want it to pertain to.
But even more bewildering, two dictionaries I consulted in a bookstore, an Oxford dictionary and a
Merriam-Webster dictionary, DIDN’T EVEN LIST THE WORD AT ALL!!! This is the wrong
word to use in ANY CIRCUMSTANCE since the definition can’t be nailed down -- and according
to some dictionaries it’s not even a word at all!
But getting back to the alleged landslide and river study, it’s not even the government conducting the
study -- it’s some PRIVATE Alberta-based company named Tetra Tech EBA. I went to their
website and found out their head office is in EDMONTON! In other words, the local government is
telling me to prepare not for their own civic employees to be on my land, but employees of some
PRIVATE EXTRA-PROVINCIAL COMPANY who are NOT GOVERNMENT WORKERS AT
ALL! If this company Tetra Tech EBA wants permission to use my property for a study then it
should be Tetra Tech EBA asking for permission, not the big local armed gangster known as the
government. No, Powell River Regional District, I DO NOT CONSENT to friends of yours who it
looks like you’re siphoning money to on VERY QUESTIONABLE GROUNDS having access to
my property for no reason.
And why is the Powell River Regional District hiring an out-of-province company to do work for
them anyway? What’s wrong with retaining a BC company? And is the government actually telling
us they don’t have engineers of their own to conduct these studies? Looks that way and if so,
that’s not much of a government at all is it?
But even more alarming, when I put the word “fluvial” into the search engine of Tetra Tech EBA’s
website -- I GOT NO RESULTS! That’s right, NO RESULTS! Nothing! In other words,
according to Tetra Tech EBA themselves they’re not involved in anything “fluvial”!
Further, no dates or times were provided by the Powell River Regional District for when this
“Landslide and Fluvial Hazards Study” would be happening. Nor did they disclose how many
people would be coming onto my land and what vehicles or equipment they’d have. Why is that
private information? Is it because they want to sneak onto my land when I’m not around like
someone did earlier this year as part of the Telus invasion?
Or could it be that their warning is completely FALSE and no study is ever going to take place on
my land? That seems to be the case, as I have yet to encounter any of these Tetra Tech EBA
employees I was told to get ready for. Yes, that letter is just more foul-smelling Powell River
BULLSHIT, like the bullshit property tax bill I get every year!
I’m telling you, the material this unelected, self-appointed-by-acclamation government sends through
the mail proves they’re nothing more than mentally ill bozos with no grasp whatsoever of what the
role of government actually is. The role of government is not to harass landowners with demands
for money and access to our property without any justification for any of it. A study of landslides
and rivers being done by the Powell River Regional District or Tetra Tech EBA has nothing to do
with me or my land. And if the Powell River civic government has got all this extra money to spend
on extravagant studies, why not look into something that actually matters, like how to put a stop to
the microwaves we’re being jolted with every night? Or the degraded quality of our oxygen from all
the chemtrails being sprayed on us?
And to make it even worse, the letter stated that only SOUTH SIDE WATERFRONT property
owners were being singled out for this idiotic bullying by the town. Talk about picking on a very
select group of people! If that’s not full-on discrimination I don’t know what is! According to the
letter, the town of Powell River itself was EXEMPT from the crazy study as were most other people
too! This is another example of how certain rural property owners get extorted and used by the
government while getting absolutely fuck-all from them in return. What a bunch of bloodsucking
leeches! Jesus Christ, PR, if you don’t have anything nice to say, like maybe “thank you for paying
your unreasonably humongous property tax bill” THEN JUST FUCK OFF ALREADY!!!
The Powell River Regional District seems to be aware that I live on waterfront property. Why they
know this is beyond me. But if they know where I live then they sure as hell know there ain’t no
frickin’ RIVERS or LANDSLIDES on or near my land that can be studied! Just take a look at a
map, Powell River Regional District! Do you see any rivers around my house??? No you don’t!!!
And just who the hell is this Powell River Regional District anyway? Are they the government?
Doesn’t look like it. I see their office is on Marine Avenue. However, the civic government office --
city hall -- is on DUNCAN STREET! Nothing about that group makes any sense! What a
disgusting display of INCOMPETENCE and CONFUSION!
I found that a new cell phone I purchased immediately drew in a tsunami of invisible abuse as soon
as I brought it home. It really seemed to AMPLIFY the transmissions and voices I was already
getting hit with. However, I didn’t want to get rid of my new state-of-the-art smartphone so I started
thinking of ways to neutralize it when I wasn’t using it.
The first thing I did was take it apart and remove the rechargeable battery from it. Oddly though,
that didn’t reduce the barrage of signals and voices I was dealing with. So then I removed the SIM
card as well. That’s that little chip that’s tucked tightly into a small slot behind the battery, it is in
my phone anyway. And -- eureka! -- that did seem to work. It did reduce the intensity of some of
the signals I was getting bombarded with.
However, since then the perps have been hitting me with a NEW ATTACK for months now where it
feels as though I’m locked in a MICROWAVE OVEN when I’m in bed at night. It’s as if
somebody’s set my body on VIBRATE. This happens every night between 1 A.M. and dawn and
it’s so bad I have to get out of bed and leave my bedroom. And if I want to get some sleep I have
to move back and forth between two different bedrooms over the course of the night. I’ve
wondered if this might be retaliation by the perps for my removing the SIM card from my phone.
Regardless, they can go fuck themselves because I’m NOT giving in and replacing the battery and
the SIM card to make it easier for them to do their black op surveillance bullshit on me all night!
I used to repeat the mantra “Do not listen, do not reply” when getting hit with these transmissions.
However, I’ve recently dropped the decorum and have just started yelling “FUCK OFF
AMERICAN SURVEILLANCE SCUM!!!” at the top of my lungs when being tasered by them.
That does seem to diminish the invasive behavior thus proving that someone IS monitoring me in my
home. If those sadistic maggots aren’t happy until we start screaming then we’ll start fucking
screaming if that makes them go away!
I just want to add that I don’t actually blame the cell phone companies for the harassment. It’s my
belief that their networks are being hacked by the U.S. government. There’s little doubt that the
Americans are selling electronic equipment surreptitiously installed with spyware that they’re using to
wage a soft war against us. In fact, the U.S. news media has explicitly announced that their
government is using cell phones to track people, so as far as I’m concerned they’ve admitted to
their guilt. Cell phones or anything else we purchase SHOULD NOT be used BY ANY
GOVERNMENT for ANY COVERT ACTIONS of any kind! Doing so is AN UNMITIGATED
VIOLATION of our basic human rights as citizens of the planet earth. What a nation of fucking
APES!!!
But the Canadian government is involved in spying too -- at least that’s what they want us to believe.
Every second day or so I see a red DHC-8-100 plane with the word “SURVEILLANCE” brazenly
emblazoned across it flying north up the coast over my house. I see them flying over the town of
Powell River all the time too. However, surveillance is one thing, but when it crosses the line into
physical and mental abuse then it’s all-out WAR!

Electromagnetic attacks! Dumbass letters! Are you a
targeted individual getting fracked with electronic
harassment? Targeted individuals, also known as TIs, are
people who’re being STALKED with invisible energy
weapons that inflict electric shocks to your body and voices
in your head. And I’m not talking about mere Wi-Fi signals,
I’m talking about fucking Die-Fi signals, grueling
electromagnetic transmissions that make it very clear the
perpetrators don’t give a shit if you drop dead from their
invisible assaults. Well, if so, I’ve got a trick you can use to
possibly mitigate the effects of the aggravating signals
cellular phones seem to attract.
And then there’s the government’s ongoing war on property owners where they harass us through
the mail with their deranged, threatening letters. On the same day as I got their 2015 property tax
bill, I got a whacko letter from the Powell River Regional District warning me that a crew would be
entering my property to undertake a “Landslide and Fluvial Hazards Study.” FLUVIAL? What the
fuck does fluvial mean??? Isn’t that oral sex? No, that’s fellatio!
Since I didn’t know what fluvial meant I
looked it up and according to three
dictionaries I have at home it means
anything to do with rivers and ONLY
rivers. RIVERS??? Talk about TOTAL
UNFILTERED BULLSHIT!!! There are
no RIVERS where I live to study! Nor are
there any landslides! And if it is a river
study, why not just use the word “river”
instead of a word nobody’s heard of? I’ll
tell you why: the reason is because the
moneygrubbing zealots in government
around here use wholesale deception and
lies in their communications to mislead and
manipulate us, their annual property tax bill
being a first-rate example of that.
However, when I looked up fluvial online I
discovered it has a different definition
there. On the Internet the definition also
includes streams. There aren’t any
And remember how in “Stuff” #30 I talked about that
yard next to McCausland Road that was the base of
operations for the big Telus invasion that happened
earlier this year? Well, further indicating that the
government and Telus are working hand in hand,
immediately after all the Telus vehicles and equipment left
the yard a sign went up bragging about how it’s owned
by this same shady Powell River Regional District
And on the subject of electronic harassment, remember how I
wrote in “Stuff” #11 about how Shaw comes across as being a
government undertaking involved in psyop -- psychological
operations -- abuse? Something else about Shaw that fortifies
my observation that they’re a VERY DIFFERENT media
operation from others is how their Global TV network didn’t
have to switch their over-the-air signal from analog to digital in 2011 like other stations, not where I
live anyway. All of the channels I received immediately complied with the CRTC regulation by the
deadline -- EXCEPT Global which stayed analog until this past summer when, four years later in
July 2015, they finally switched to digital. This tells me that Shaw is either exempt from CRTC laws
or flagrantly defies them -- in exactly the same way the ultra-corrupt lawyer-controlled BC
government defies the law. It also says that the federal government doesn’t enforce
telecommunications laws -- and therefore certainly isn’t capable of addressing electronic
harassment!
I see that the recycling depot south of town where you
were able to drop off old electronics equipment has
vanished. This is another example of how the government
is making things harder not easier for some of us in PR to
access services. And for those of us who don’t have cars,
it’s a real pain in the ass to get to the new location in town
since it’s located way up Duncan Street which is an
EXTREMELY steep hill. I’m paying thousands of dollars
every year in property tax for services I don’t receive and
here they are moving one of the few things I do sometimes
use out of reach! What an insulting snub to south side
taxpayers!
